DELIVERY INFORMATION

WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Please note that there will be no deliveries on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day, Easter weekend and other UK Public Holidays.

We aim to deliver your items to you as quickly as possible and will endeavour to despatch your items the same day, but please allow 3 working days to receive your order. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

PAYMENT TERMS

ProRange Solutions Ltd reserve the right to charge interest on late payments for all customer types, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Goods will remain the property of ProRange Solutions Ltd until paid for in full.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Goods supplied correctly against order will not be accepted for return without prior authorisation from ProRange Solutions Ltd. If for any reason you wish to return your goods you can do so, providing the goods are in the same condition as when you receive them, and this is done within 14 days of purchase. All return items will be subject to inspection and approval from ProRange Solutions technical department. A handling charge may be applied at the discretion of ProRange Solutions Ltd. Returns will be delivered to ProRange Solutions Ltd at the customer’s cost. Proof of delivery may be required.

If there is a manufacturing fault, after inspection and approval from our trained technicians, we will restock free of charge.

CANCELLATION

No order may be cancelled without the prior written agreement of ProRange Solutions Ltd. If the customer becomes the subject of any act or proceeding under or in connection with the Insolvency Act 1986, or if the customer fails to make payment for goods when due, in accordance with “PAYMENT TERMS” as above, ProRange Solutions Ltd will be entitled to suspend and cancel all or any future transactions between the parties.

WARRANTY

All warranty claims are subject to the specific suppliers terms, so please refer to the manufacturers terms & conditions for the relevant products.

Products supplied by ProRange Solutions (i.e Second-hand machines) are subject to the industry standard 3 month warranty. Any of the following circumstances involving the machine will serve to invalidate this warranty:- normal wear, accidents, use of the machine for a purpose other than which it was intended for, incorrect maintenance, the use of chemicals other than those supplied or approved by the specific manufacturer, incorrect insufficient or non-use of defoamer, exposure to extreme temperatures or conditions, incorrect insulation or repair & unauthorised intervention.
