We aim to deliver your items to you as quickly as possible and will endeavour to despatch your items the same day, but please allow 3 working days to receive your order. Your delivery will be made by either Royal Mail or Courier, dependent on your choice of delivery method. If ordered in error, such as the specific item not fitting your machine, we will charge a 15% restocking fee. Please always check that the part you are ordering fits your Machine, prior to ordering.
If faulty, we will restock free of charge
If for any reason you wish to return your goods you can do so, providing the goods are in the same condition as when you receive them and this is done within 14 days of purchase. A full refund will be provided. We cannot refund the delivery or returning costs unless the item is faulty.
