1. Dimensions and Weight

Please be advised that, as of 15th October 2023, ProRange Solutions will no longer accept returns for machines based on their dimensions or weight. By making a purchase of a machine from us, customers accept that they have undertaken the necessary due diligence to ensure that the machine's dimensions and weight align with their requirements and logistical capabilities. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review the specifications of the machine before making a purchase.

2. Sales are Final

All machine sales are considered final once the transaction is completed. ProRange Solutions will not accept returns for machines except under the circumstances described in section 3 below.

3. Returns for Warranty Repairs

The only instance in which a return may be initiated is for the repair of a faulty part under warranty. If a customer encounters a problem with a machine, they should follow these steps:

  • Contact ProRange Solutions Customer Support immediately at 01483 566801 or to report the issue.
  • Our Customer Support team will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may involve providing photos, videos, or additional information about the issue.
  • If the issue is determined to be a valid warranty claim, ProRange Solutions will arrange for the return of the machine for repair.

4. Repair and Return

In the event that a machine requires warranty repair, ProRange Solutions will take the following steps:

  • The customer will be provided with instructions for packaging and returning the machine to our designated service center.
  • ProRange Solutions will repair the faulty part under warranty.
  • After the repair is completed, the machine will be returned to the customer at our expense.
